Data we process
We process account information, sign-in records, family profiles, emergency contacts you choose, check-ins, reminders, device status, location records you enable, Apple Health or Health Connect data you authorize, support records, purchase status, and security logs.
Location
Location is used only for manual updates, SOS follow-up, care alerts, and place alerts you enable. Background location is requested only after a clear in-app disclosure, is not used for advertising or continuous tracking, and can be turned off in the app or system settings.
Health and activity data
Apple Health or Health Connect data such as steps, distance, calories, heart rate, and sleep is read only after separate permission. It is used for family care reference and reminders, not medical diagnosis, treatment, medication, or emergency guidance.
Purchases
App Store or Google Play purchase tokens, order identifiers, product IDs, package name, and subscription status may be sent to our server to verify benefits, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and handle support.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with authorized family members or institutions you approve, service providers needed for notifications, email, analytics, security, and app store payment verification, or where required by law.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept only as needed for care features, legal, security, billing, and dispute handling. You can request data export, deletion, or account deletion from Privacy settings or by contacting support.
