PeaceCheck Care Terms of Service

Service purpose
PeaceCheck Care provides family check-ins, reminders, device status, location sharing you enable, and care records. It is not an emergency rescue service, medical service, medical device, diagnosis tool, or treatment advice.
User responsibility
You must use accurate, lawful, and authorized information for family profiles, contacts, institutions, and shared data. Do not submit false alerts, impersonate others, bypass payment, forge orders, or misuse the service.
Limitations
Reminders may be delayed or missed because of network, device battery, operating system limits, permissions, third-party services, or app store systems. Use direct human confirmation and local emergency services when needed.
Subscriptions
iOS purchases are handled through the App Store and Android purchases are handled through Google Play. Benefits are based on server-side verification and may be paused after cancellation, expiry, refund, fraud, duplicate, or abnormal order review.
Health content
Health records, trends, and educational content are for family care reference only. They must not be used as medical diagnosis, treatment, medication, or emergency guidance.
