PeaceCheck Care Permissions

PeaceCheck Care asks for permissions only when needed for family safety, check-ins, SOS, devices, and care reports.

Location

Used to share location temporarily during SOS, safety alerts, check-ins, or place alerts. Location is not used for advertising.

Notifications

Used for safety reminders, family alerts, SOS updates, and care status changes.

Camera

Used to scan invitation links or QR codes when joining a family care connection.

Microphone

Used only when recording a voice safety check-in.

Contacts

Used only when you choose a contact to fill emergency contact details. Full address books are not uploaded.

Health data

Apple Health or Health Connect data may be used after authorization for step count, activity sync, and family care reports. It is not used for advertising, insurance, employment, diagnosis, treatment, medication advice, emergency decisions, or other medical decisions. You can revoke permission in system settings and request deletion in the app.
